Modular homes have been around for over 30 years in many areas of the United States, these homes were first introduced along the eastern seaboard by pioneers in the home construction industry looking to maximize labor time and materials, along with ease of construction and maximum durability for the owner of their new home.
We now have and offer that 30 + years of experience in the homes that we provide along with the engineering and design concepts of maximized product for minimized cost and delivery time. Most of these homes can be delivered and completed from contract signing to move in with in 4 months or less. With the custom modular homes that we provide you are not bound by the four walls within the drawing of our designs, if you see a plan that you like but it just doesn't meet all your needs we can move walls and add square footage or subtract square footage we can flip rooms around or move them around completely with only a few minor restrictions to width, height, and plumbing issues. All of our homes can be personalized to your needs.
Each of our homes have been engineered for coastal construction to meet or exceed the current building codes available in the area, including Miami, Dade County, Florida, which has the most stringent wind codes around. Our homes have been engineered to meet 140, 160, and 175 MPH wind loads for hurricane resistance. They are also designed for highly flood prone areas, so they can be placed up out of the way of flood waters to minimize damages to your home during flooding possibilities. These engineering measures have been designed with the home owner in mind not only for aesthetics and amenities, but to help decrease the cost of your home owners insurance. By building a higher quality stronger safer home you should see an overall reduction in insurance risk which leads to lower insurance costs. This is proven by the 400 quality control inspections that are performed on each and every home, along with an Engineer stamped copy of the structural capabilities of the home and finally an independent 3rd party inspection certification that all of the standards of the current building codes have been met or exceeded, and all aspects of the engineers design have been placed and the engineers specifications have been followed.
We have over 150 floor plans available for you to choose from, however if we have nothing at all that meets your needs we are able to design a home specifically for your needs. Please look through some of our files to see if we have anything that you would be interested in and contact us for more information about it, or for a quote.
